Compatibility Disclaimer

Below is a list of watches currently compatible with our watch faces. This list may change over time, so please check your watch model and its software version before purchasing or installing.

The minimum required version is Wear OS 4. Some older watches may receive this update in the future, which would then make them compatible.

If your watch does not meet the requirements, the watch face will not be installed. This is due to device compatibility and not an issue with the watch face app itself.

If you encounter any installation issues, please contact us at iriswatchfaces@gmail.com before leaving a review—we’re happy to help resolve the problem. When everything is compatible, installation should be quick and seamless.

Google Pixel Watches (Wear OS 3+ / 4 / 5)

  • Google Pixel Watch 4: Top pick for deep Android integration, excellent battery, satellite SOS (LTE).
  • Google Pixel Watch 3: Solid performance with Fitbit integration, strong battery.
  • Google Pixel Watch 2: Uses Snapdragon W5 Gen 1, great integration.
  • Google Pixel Watch (1st Gen): Runs Wear OS 3, upgradable. 

Samsung Galaxy Watches (Wear OS 4+ / One UI Watch)

  • Galaxy Watch Ultra & Watch 8 Series: Premium options with latest One UI Watch (Wear OS 5).
  • Galaxy Watch 7 & FE Series: Also on One UI Watch 6 (Wear OS 5).
  • Galaxy Watch 6 & Classic: Received Wear OS 4 update.
  • Galaxy Watch 5 & Pro: Also updated to Wear OS 4.
  • Galaxy Watch 4 & Classic: The first to get Wear OS 4. 

OnePlus Watches (Wear OS 3/4/5)

  • OnePlus Watch 3: Latest model, great battery life.
  • OnePlus Watch 2/2R: Excellent performance for their price, good battery. 

Other Brands (Check for specific model compatibility)

  • Xiaomi: Watch 2.
  • Mobvoi: TicWatch Pro 5, Pro 5 Enduro (check for Wear OS 4/5 update, originally Wear OS 3/4).
  • Fossil: Gen 6 (Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100+). 

Key Things to Note

  • Android Version: Most Wear OS watches need Android 8.0 or newer, with Samsung often requiring Android 11+.
  • Software Updates: Samsung was first on Wear OS 4; other brands roll out updates, so always verify.
  • Wear OS 5: Newer models like Pixel Watch 3/4, Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra, and OnePlus Watch 3 run Wear OS 5, offering the latest features.
